The title of the song, "teheran," refers to Teheran Road in Seoul.
I found out that this name change was made as part of a cultural exchange between Seoul and Tehran, the capital of Iran, with each city renaming a street.
My song doesn’t have a direct connection to the capital of Iran.
The album cover photo was also taken on a brutally cold winter day on Teheran Road.
The photoshoot was quietly assisted by my oldest friend, and I’d like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude again.
The release date for the song is December 6, 2022. I intentionally wanted to release it in winter.
The song is set against the backdrop of a winter night on Teheran Road, and I aimed to capture the feeling of a cold night view.
Of course, it wasn't easy, and I'm not sure if I achieved that.
The works I will release in the future will follow a chronological order, and accordingly, my debut song has been chosen based on the most intense memories from my past.
